2. Non-Returnable Items

We do not accept returns if:

  • The item has been used or damaged by the customer

  • The original packaging is missing

  • The return request is made after 14 days

  • The product was purchased on clearance or special discount (if applicable)

3. Return Process

To start a return:

  1. Contact us within 14 days of delivery.

    • Reason for return

Our team will review your request within 1–2 business days.

4. Return Shipping

  • If the product is damaged, defective, or incorrect, ArzanMart will cover the return shipping cost.

  • If the return is due to customer preference (change of mind), the customer may be responsible for return shipping charges.

5. Refund Process

Once we receive and inspect the returned product:
